We have done extensive work realising that it is the whole and sole responsibility of property managers to organise all the repairs needed to the property and we, ProBuild Construction & Maintenance, are here to take off that load and all the other headaches that come with it, after the tenant has raised the issue with a repair/repairs to the property.
